Raised in Brooklyn, New York as the eldest daughter of immigrant parents, Eileen learned early on that independence was necessary and vulnerability was a risk. She built walls to protect herself—only to realize those same walls were keeping her from the life and love she truly desired. Her journey from self-protection to self-acceptance became the foundation for Soft Armor.

Now Eileen helps others release their armor and redefine true strength. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has guided countless individuals in rewriting their inner narratives, healing past wounds, and learning to trust themselves again.
